This mobile home park is a treasure! Nicely located within 5 minutes of shops, stores, US75, and some waterfront dining. Jennie in the office is a gem, and watching several people decorate for Christmas was truly heart warming - they love living here. Of course, being self-managed plus owning the land are also top reasons to love this place. Houses here generally sell quickly, often within days of being posted for sale.

Hi would you know of any rentals available in your area around March 25 2019 for about 3 weeks? We have friends in your community and did spend 10 days last march April and enjoyed our stay so would be interested in renting. 2 adults 1small dog
