The food and service was wonderful. Our server Kim, really made our dining experience fun and relaxing. She took her time with our children, as they ordered themselves, and made sure to ask me or my husband about drink refills before she asked the kids. She made our dining experience with her personal suggestions and add ons. She was very observant to what our table needed as far as plates cleared, drinks, and anything else she thought we could use. The food is always good. We had ribs, steaks, seafood, and their specials are always excellent. They happened to have soft shell crab when we were there and they were done in a nice tempura batter with a chimichurri sauce. It was delicious! We will definitely be going back and hopefully have Kim again too.

The appetizers were excellent, but we were there for well over two hours total. Apparently, the kitchen was backed up. However, the server told us it was a typically busy Saturday night. Our family hadn’t been there in close to two years, so we were really excited to enjoy a great prime rib again. I like mine medium rare and my father likes his really rare. We were told that medium rare was as rare as it comes. After a very long wait, we were disappointed when the steaks came out looking a lot closer to medium. Mine was actually very dry and probably well done. I ate it, but was very disappointed overall - especially for $36. As we were leaving, I noticed the couple at the table across from us were about to dig into beautiful looking rare to medium rare cuts. I guess we were unlucky this time. I’ll probably just go to Texas Roadhouse for prime rib in the future rather than make the hour plus drive. If you go, I hope you’re a lucky one and don’t get the “give them whatever” cut despite your preference.

Friendly waitress, very informative about meal selections. Food was fantastic, plenty of it for take home leftovers. Clean restaurant, all staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking.

Been here once before and the drinks and food were excellent for me as always. The surprising thing was the overall service seeming much slower than usual, so I don’t hold it as a strike against as much as wondering what the circumstances might have been to cause it. This is a slightly more expensive place so just be prepared. I feel it’s certainly more than worth checking out for a night on the town.

No reservations. 1st come 1st serve. Definitely worth the wait!
It is a rather large place. We had no issue when we showed up right at 6:00 on a Thursday night.
Maybe you should call or go to their webpage for answers.
Barriers, table distancing, room dividers, and a cell phone paging system so people can wait outside
Call the restaurant during open hours and we can check the number on the back of the card
Everything is always made it from scratch here at timber Lodge. The Wellington is fantastic but we only do it certain times of the year we don’t have it on our menu all the time.
200$ 😏 you did say a "great" dinner :)
