Ordered delivery.. at 8pm... was told it would arrive at 8:30pm..... called around 8:51 when no pizza has arrived... Told me that it was in the warmer still and doordash still hasn't picked up yet... but said will be at my place in 20 min .... waited till 9:20 called again no pizza... door dash just picked it up.. said I didn't want it since it sat in the warmer forever.... all they could say was sorry...

I was so disappointed with the delivery service they provides . I ordered the pizza around 6:20 pm and lady told me will be delivered 7:30 pm. I took the lunch break at 7:30 pm but the pizza didn’t show up and called them and the manager said it’s gonna deliver momentarily and don’t know when they gonna be here and cannot tell delivery person to contact the customer. My question is how the hell I know when the delivery person arrive?… this was so bad. Am very disappointed. Don’t recommend and never gonna order from them.

VERY DISAPPOINTED !!! We have gone to this store on Lafayette Rd. for many years !!! Besides taking the pizza back because there was no sauce or cheese ... WOW...we did get a replacement ! Like every where else, this store is cutting corners on the condiments place on their product !!! The pineapples, sausage, pepperoni, cheese and ham are 1/3 the size The tomato sauce is BLAH and not like the classic spicy sauce that made it appealing !!! As long as they continue these practice, we will not return !!! Even PAPA would not accept this thrown together Pizza in his day !!! I believe this store will lose business !!! Bring the spicy sauce back !!!

My friend is a delivery driver here, today the manager, Jillian, didn’t show up and the driver couldn’t open the store without a key. After about an hour the manager showed up drunk, unlocked the store, and left. Leaving the store open with no one in it until the driver came back and thus had to run the store on her own. I honestly don’t know how she was made manager if she can do that to her employees and open the store over an hour late. What if people wanted to order this morning and couldn’t because the manager screwed up.
