My nurse Becca was the best and Dr Williams took the time to listen to me. The entire team here was very understanding and caring during my entire stay. While the people here are great thankfully I was in and out quickly, I won’t hesitate to return here instead of another hospital as this was leaps and bounds better than Fawcette is.

Big shout out to Dr.Morrison and Nurse Kim, for their services they were outstanding towards me yesterday in my time of need. Also big shout out love Zack the tech and Samantha at the front desk. Zack and Samantha I have seen on a regular when I show up with myself or one these kids. Also amazing. God bless y'all. And thanks again.

I’m shocked to see all the negative reviews considering I received exceptional service today! Walking into the Er I was immediately greeted by a very kind woman at registration & no more than 15 min passed when Emt Robert took me Back to my room. He was very welcoming and started my vitals, did blood work right away and made me feel very comfortable! I was then taken for a ct scan with very kind radiology techs who got me in and out. There was also a lovely nurse by the name of Lindsey who was extremely kind and caring amongst a few others I encountered durning my short visit today & I would have to say each and everyone I met today were professional, knowledgeable & very kind!! I would definitely recommend this ER!!

I wouldn’t even rate this hospital with a one star. I already submitted a formal complaint. To see a nurse disregard patients concerns… to see a nurse yell at a patient “if you want to receive medical care.. wear a mask” When do nurses dictate who receives medical care? This is absurd. This patient is of no relation to me, nor do I know this patient…. But to see a nurse acting in such regard is concerning to me. Not to mention I seen the same nurse treat another patient poorly. If you don’t want to work in the medical field and treat people with dignity and respect EVEN when they differ from you… don’t work here. The medical field shouldn’t be a place to just collect a pay check. Do better.
