The font desk is extremely rude. They never answer the phones and when they do, wrong information is provided. When in the office they seem to always place blame on the call center saying that we must have called the wrong number. Years ago I would never have a problem with customer service, for the last year I’ve seen the front be rude to different people who come in.

I’m honestly surprised I don’t see more reviews about the lady at the front desk. I had a appointment at the end of the day, and she was not happy lol she was laughing in frustration and looked like she was about to yell. She was very rude, not good costumer service by far, the two other ladys were very nice and helpful. If anyone reading this can communicate the message, just tell her to try and control her emotions. I know that’s a nerve racking business but that doesn’t mean you can be rude to others. I was very polite and respectful, just because I was an appointment at the end of the day she didn’t feel the need to act professional.

This is THE best place to go for for CWP. I had an appointment at 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:05pm and was brought right back. I am already done and it is only 3:18pm. Quick, easy, cheaper than the Tax Collector/DMV and the staff was outstanding!

Honestly I have been going through the same exact thing. I’ve been trying to call since last year when they reopened to make an appointment never reached anyone and never got a call back 👎 I just don’t get why they just don’t make a website where you can set up your own appointment if they don’t want to pick up the phone 🤦🏽♀️

If you have a normal home pest control and nothing for your shrub area and lawn which is where they come from, you won’t get rid of them. You need to have a quarterly (every 3 months ) yard pest control. This will knock them down and eventually get rid of them. However hopefully your neighbor has it done as well.
