I wish they communicated better and would send records for their dogs that they adopt out. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get the vaccine records for the dog I adopted from them. I am trying to put pet insurance on the dog but can't get the information I need from them. Their heart is in the right place though.

If I were a homeless dog (or cat) I would pray to end up at Rescue Garage. They would place me in a comfortable and loving foster home where I could start learning the things I need to know, get me all the shots (ow!) and medical care I required and then carefully screen all applicants for a permanent home. Only after checking all the references would they match that home specially to me so I could have a happy ever after home. They would also take care of getting me "fixed" and stay in touch with my new "pawrents" after the adoption because they cared whether I was doing well. Finally, they would offer me and my family free training classes to make sure I was a well behaved family member. Rescue Garage cares about the animals first, but the families that adopt are a close second. My Rescue Garage baby Raven is glad that we found her there, and we are blessed to have her.

I believe so. You can call the number on the website. Also, if you're serious about adopting, you should fill out the adoption application in the link beforehand. They are very thorough which is great! Best rescue around!!

We don’t have a cat facility. We partner with HART to help people find cats they would like to adopt! https://www.hartrescue.org/
Rescue Garage will sometimes takes owner surrenders if there is space. Currently, the rescue is at capacity and intake is closed until more room is available.

I'm really sorry to hear that. I've given quite a bit of bedding and blankets to them recently. I don't have much to offer as far as a review And I'm sorry that if someone really wants to adopt they can't.
