Let me first say the Karen's that put one or two star reviews because they couldn't get an appointment when they thought they should have one should be banned from reviews! This is a small business that the owners do an amazing job and work very hard to keep going! Rebecca and Rodger are the best! My corgi and yorkie love them, they do a fantastic job and because of that they are extremely busy. I totally trust them with my furbabies.

I called to inquire about a haircut for my dog, as I have taken my dog here once for nail clipping and had a neutral experience. I was rudely told that they have no availability until next year. It is important to leave a review stating this because of all of the positive reviews it leads one to believe that this is a great fantastic place to get your dog groomed, however that is far from the truth as it is impossible to get your dog in.

2021 update: I live down here part time now, still using this groomer and he is as good as ever. Looks like all the negative reviews are from people who have never even utilize their services. I don’t understand how you can leave a bad review just because a business isn’t accepting new clients. Get over yourself and move on, no point in hurting a small business. Old review: This is the best dog groomer that I’ve ever been to. He completely understands the dogs, their behavior, and knows how to handle them professionally. There’s no amount of money that you can put on that kind of service.

My golden goes once every 2 months for a bath, and shave down. He had a lot of anxiety in the past when going to a groomer UNTIL we started going to Atomic Dog with Becky & Roger a few yrs ago, he walks in wagging his tail, happy to see them and he leaves just as happy looking and smelling better of course. They don't take new clients because they aren't taking on more then they can handle , that's actually considered good business practice. They love animals, treat them well, do a great job and we wouldn't take our sweet boy anywhere else around here EVER.
