From the moment I walked in the door it was unpleasant. Instead of a good morning I get “you were supposed to be here 30 mins early”. To which I said, you’re lucky I’m here 15 mins early. Not to mention I had all my paperwork filled out from home and she didn’t even ask for my ins or id. She argued with me for about 5 mins, at one point I interviened and said your wasting time arguing when you could be inputting my info. Then she leaves her desk! I have worked in the front end of a medical office and no one is ever on time. So I know how it goes. Continuing on, I wait 5 to 10 minutes in the lobby passed my appointment time the lobby pass my appointment time, I finally get into an examination room. The assistant was somewhat nice but dry. Especially when she asked me why I was there to which I try to explain, as she was trying to scurry her way out the door. I waited another 27 minutes in the examination room because the doctor wasn’t even on site. And then once Dr D’Abarno was in the room with me, I try to explain my health concerns with her (as I was diagnosed with a condition that has to do with my hormones) and it was like oh I don’t know what I’m talking about and then she was pretty much done with my appointment and tried going out the door as well. I guess because I’m not willing to put my life on the line to take birth control they just aren’t having it. My body my choice. I will stick to a male dr as I always have. This is a brand new medical facility and if this is how people are going to be treated it’s not gonna be good for business. I understand we live in a retirement community and these doctors are just racking up Medicare bills, at the same time I’m a younger person and I expect good treatment. Will not be returning. Onto the next doctor.

Extremely disappointed in the over hour wait. (Still waiting) My daughter needs to be seen and it’s not a ER visit justification. No communication about the wait either. Beautiful new facility that will be a waste if patients have to endure wait times such as this. No he’s not on call or delivering. Just seeing patients. Once in the room I observed in the sink bloody medical equipment. Was the room wiped down? Cleaned properly? Great question. Let’s be clear it was a metal, bloody speculum floating in a wash basin. The MA took the tub out in the hallway telling someone else she left it in there. Then.....brought it back in my daughters exam room. After we left, the Office Manager called and asked if we’d come back. She must have been out of her mind! My 3 daughters and myself have collected our records and will be seeking care elsewhere. I will share with all that I encounter this experience with comprehensive womens healthcare. Providers Dr Guzman and Dr D’Abarano.

My Experience here was horrible, I was and still very unhappy with this medical practice. They dont know what there doing i wouldnt trust them.
