Worst customer service ever. No one in there appreciates their job neither should they handle customers. Very bad place!

This is not a full service USPS!! It's mainly a pick-up center for packages that require signature confirmation. Despite all the negative reviews I've read I have personally never had an issue when picking up a package of mine. While I'm typically in and out in less than 5 minutes there are occasions where the wait time is much longer. That can be expected at any USPS but unfortunately the waiting area here is truly the size of a CLOSET and it can be uncomfortable (and claustrophobic for some) to be squeezed inside with others waiting too.

Worse experience ever. The lady was nice until I mentioned that the passport phone number doesn't work. She proceeds to give me another number without writing it down and went on to another customer. I had to asked her again and she got annoyed. I called that number right on the spot and it didn't even rings. She then points to the front desk with another phone number to call, which was the one I was trying to call for the past 5 days. No. one. ever. picks. up. I can't even leave a voice message. I tried to explained to her but she cuts me off and yelled across the room. Rude a*ss employee

These people aren't very nice. I understand having a job to do but if you hand me a green card and say come in to get a package that's what I'll do. Don't act like I've in convinced you. Now they got 4 stars because the regular mail man that comes to my house is amazing. He deserves 5 but the people there ruined that for him
