Terrible and Terrible Dental department...can't even make appointment for this place ...I been calling them every day to just make appointment for a month already...the answer just fully fully booked every time!....I may have to try somewhere else...not recommend at all..wish I can put 0 star.

The doctors are excellent, but their customer service, front desk people are the worst in entire bay area. U always have to call them to make sure that things are done correctly otherwise they will just forget about ur case. But whenever u call they have to dig deep to find out the problem lol.

I'm so thankful to be a patient at La Clínica. I've had positive experiences with the doctors here especially Dr. Giselle Suazo. She is a compassionate and kind doctor. I've had bad experiences with doctors not listening to my concerns and Dr. Suazo is the complete opposite. She takes her time to listen to my needs and always has a solution. Please give this clinic a chance as they've been working super hard during this pandemic to make sure their patients are tested and vaccinated for COVID-19.
