Place I live at is uninhabitable ! Homeless people are able to enter bldng at downstairs entry door, garbage area downstairs & upstairs full of trash on floor, & that is a magnet for rodents & roaches!

What an awful place to work, they treat their employees like another number and are just awful people. No wonder the company can't seem to keep good employees, everyone has the personality of a grumpy old owl. Don't do business with them .

No. Stay away from any property Recently was names where CBM and Now AWI They are thief's and can't do anything right. They will smile then stab you in the back. Trust me.

Is it legal for the property manager to come into my home and take pictures of my personel things? Or to threaghten people by telling them they better have everything clean the next time I come?

I am a former long term tenant of 20+ years And I have a friend that was given her rent back and was also given a ten day quite at the same time ...... CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG BUT ISN'T IT illegal TO GIVE SUCH NOTICE TO SOME one WITH A KID
