Verizon does recycle phones and can give you credit based on model and condtion of your phone.
Corporate, but check other providers ir lications first!
I only used/bought a pay-as-you-go phone thru them to facilitate being in contact while settling my father's estate in America. Without it, all calls/txt to my UK mobile (while in USA) would have been at international rates. Sorry, I can't help you more.
