Does this business exist? Doesn’t seem like it. They confirmed appointments at a location of theirs that doesn’t exist, but earlier claimed in texts that location was really busy with appointments this week. They were sending messages & confirmed the appointment, yet on the day of we went to their office and there was no business by this name in the entire building. When we called and texted multiple times - while still at the address they confirmed, they stopped replying. Don’t do business here.

Most unprofessional company I’ve ever encountered! Stay away! To start they confirmed my appointment the day before. The day of they never show up for my appointment. I’m waiting and waiting and no one calls. The guy tells me the technician had been calling, but I did not once receice a phone call nor a text message. The guy did not give me answer and just ignored me and no one showed up. They obviously do not understand the value of a customers time. Then Daniela “the manager” calls very apologetic and says she is so sorry, that she will come and do the treatment herself, that she will give me an extra discount, that I just have to tell her when. So I told her, come now. She declined. Then called her the next day to schedule for that day and she said let me call you back in 5 mins and she never called back. I called her back a few times and she did not answer, I text her as well and no answer either. Next day I get a call from Zulvis, saying she is so sorry that she wants to reschedule the appointment with us. So I asked her what will be the discounted price Daniela mentioned before scheduling anything because at that point we were so fed up with this situation and she said to me I will ask Daniela and call you back. Till today, I have not heard back from any of them. They are all liars and have no care in the world for a customer’s time, nor customer service. Next time be honest, don’t blatantly lie to us.

Extremely pleased with the results. Night and day difference. The service was very professional, quick and simple. I did the 60 min session, next time i will do the 90 min session. Definitely worth the price and will recommend it to family and friends
