It was a very good experience. Nice staff my doctor was super great. The clinic was nice and had nice equipment. Colors and art and cheery appearance and clean. Very pleased.

Going to the doctors is already stressful enough especially when you’re there for your children.I just had a horrible experience at this place. The people at the front desk were nice and the doctor himself was nice but the in between staff was super rude and did not acknowledge my conditions to be good enough to reach their standards. Accused me of lying when the front desk gave me a face shield to where they said that they don’t give those out but I literally got the face shield from the lady at the front desk. She also accused me of printing my face mask exemption at home which is also not the case and is super rude. This was supposedly a manager. It only took three hours of transferred phone calls to get this appointment for my son who is eight years old just to come in to be harassed and accused of lying. How is that ever supposed to make anyone feel comfortable with going to the doctors.

Dr. Sandhu and his staff are extremely thorough and they listen to you very carefully. Dr. Sandhu is extremely smart doctor with a lot of experience. He looks young but his knowledge is very current and he studies my case and test results before he comes to see me. He is dedicated. I am lucky to have his care.

I used to love the Roseville medical office (and I do have the great fortune of having an EXCELLENT endocrinologist there), but since they moved their facility to E Roseville Pkwy, their customer service has gone downhill dramatically. Their blood draw lab is chronically understaffed (I’ve had 3! unsuccessful attempts this month to get a sample taken- one of the times I waited for 25 minutes without a single patient being called back for a blood draw.....the front desk indicated they were busy but no one was getting drawn!), and the front desk has made mistakes with my charges, causing me to spend hours between the medical office and my insurance getting them straightened out. Several great doctors have also left and the center hasn’t brought in any replacements, which severely limits the availability of good primary care doctors. Roseville used to have a very smoothly-run medical office, but now it feels like it’s being run by people who don’t care.
