Day three of calling multiple times with no response. Also left a message 3 days ago and the voicemail states to not leave multiple messages. Going to need to get a different referral as the care is likely as bad as the appointment person. They obviously do not need more patients.

I'm so happy I was referred by my neurologist to this office. I have been in severe pain for the last 6 years. The pain was only getting worse. I couldn't even walk around the block w/o severe pain. I couldn't do anything. I am doing so much better now. I still have mild pain and discomfort. But I can handle the mild pain. The medication along with the injection I got in my back has worked wonders!! I'm not cringing now every time I have to move. The office staff and the Doctor I have seen have been friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars but one of the NP I had an appointment with recently did not have the best bedside manner. Not a good experience. But I don't normally see her. So no big deal.

To be honest, i was not at all impressed with Dr Reddy. The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. My first "appointment" turned out to be with a MA...she seemed nice but she rattled off information so quickly that i left their literally confused. I never even met or even SAW Dr Reddy's face until the day of my procedure. I walked into the procedure room he said hello, told me to lay down and proceded to give me the steroid injection into my neck. As quick as that SNAP I was done and i was told that i could get up and that i was done. No joke...as i was walking out of the room, the next patient was walking in. It was an assembly line. This was over two months ago and to this day i have still not heard a word from Dr Reddy or anyone from his office. No follow up at all. (BTW, the injection did absolutely NOTHING for me. I got no relief at all.) It is my honest opinion that you do whatever you can to find a different Doctor to handle your case.
