Was sent away twice trying to get pre-op labs done. Even came back at the time I was told at prior attempt. No one here can give you a straight answer. Dreading surgery date they might put me at risk for who knows what while trying to figure out what they are doing.

It's a nice enough lab with okay service, but the waiting room is tiny, so you will be exposed to the elements outside while you wait for an hour or so. With all the profitability of Sutter, you would think they could afford to put a roof over their patients heads, it reminds me of getting care in a third world country... waiting outside.

Ive never had a co- pay when using my insurance for lab services. Also, I've never had issues involving this lab and my insurance. It may depend on your ins co. and if they will pay for you to use labs outside of their service area.
Every time I have gone in there's been about a 20-minute wait Max great thing is they have great people there
No Dougas is not open. The one at 3 med plaza at the hospital is but only until noon.
