All this emergency staff that worked with me was awesome. Friendly , knowledgeable , caring , and got me in fast to assess any issue I had ! Definitely real heroes ! I even got to park my semi truck with trailer right in the front of hospital !

Dr Jeff Ott 8s the most amazing Doctor I have ever had!!! He is compassionate caring and loving! He has gone so far out of his way to help his patients. Every time I have ever needed anything taken care of or needed his help he is always willing to go above and beyond. He has personally came to my house after work on his own time to make sure the paper work that needed to be filled out was taken care of. It's hard to get Dr's to do anything while they are at work and he goes way above and beyond that for his patients. He has also shared his own life experiences that were similar to mine and gave me advice on how to get through it... he has never pushed anything on me and as a team came up with the best plan for the fastest solution. He really does care tremendously for people. Such an awesome guy and he should definitely be acknowledged by his bosses for doing so much more with his patients than what would be expected out of him!!! He is an A+ Doctor

I was checked in quickly but once I was in the ER and the nurse took vitals I had to wait 20-30 minutes before the dr appeared. He apologized and said no one had told him I was there. I shared that it was very difficult to get iv and blood but no one took extra steps until I had been poked several times. An important question that was never asked was”am I feeling better?” I wasn’t. The medications I was prescribed did help. They were phoned into Rite Aide and were ready when we arrived.

I recently had my annual mammogram at the Mercy Mt. Shasta Imaging Center. The staff is amazing. They are friendly and very efficient. The registration was done immediately after I arrived and the tech was ready to do my mammogram as soon as the registration process was completed. With the up to date equipment, very competent staff and spotless facility, it was a pleasure having my annual mammogram done here.
