Good experience for our first time. food was awesome. Thubms up. Our waiter was new and if he did not know he asked. He was very kind. Thumbs up. Food was served fast but the restaurant was not packed at all. The store smelled coming right through the front door like an old furniture smell. The decor was very dark. And furniture was dusty. But table and floors were clean. Overall I would go back. Had the strawberry lemonade, fettuccine with chicken and cheese garlic bread. The salad and ice cream and complimentary bread (not the garlic bread) was included in our meal. Good portion of good tasting food and good pricing. Thumbs up from us!

Beautiful venue, nice people. It takes a bit of time so don't go in a rush but it's worth it. Lots of photo ops so dress for it 💃 "cheese please"

Super slow service, not busy. Cafeteria food. It used to be a nice place to go, but not anymore. The menu is lacking. I won't be returning anytime soon. Overpriced for the quality served. Also, when I asked politely (more than once because our server forgot a couple times) for boxes to go, they brought very tiny little boxes for our large plates. Which actually made me laugh because the look on my MIL's face was epic. So I snapped a candid shot. Lol! It was a fitting end to our not-so-great lunch.

We are visiting from NY and our first time at The Old Spaghetti Factory. The restaurant itself is beautiful. I just had to take photos. The waiter we had was very good and the meal of chicken parm was very good. They brought us soda refills and our dessert in a timely fashion.

There is no such thing as “glutton” freespagetti. I relish in the fact I’m . a glutton for spaghetti, espencially their Brown Butter and Mizithra cheese I think they do have gluten free meals.
No indoor dining, curbside pickup available.
Food poisoning is caused by eating food that is contaminated with a virus, bacteria, or parasite. Your symptoms may occur anywhere from 1 hour to 10 days later, depending on the type of infection. This makes it very unlikely that the common person can pick out exactly which food made them sick. Restaurants are constantly under scrutiny and assessed for cleanliness and food handling standards, and all employees are properly trained every other year in order to maintain their jobs. It is far more likely that you yourself improperly handled your food earlier in the day or even the day before or longer. Any serious concerns of food poisoning should be reported to the county health department and they will recheck the restaurant to ensure the public safety.
