Terrible customer service! Rude manager Nick and staff, bought a radiator, piece was missing, refused refund and offered store credit, but when we went to use it he upcharged the item and only offered store credit use for half of the most expensive battery for our BMW even though there was one for less and then said if we didn’t pay the 50 percent diff his store wouldn’t let us use it. Bait and switch to the max.

My battery was dead, and needed to be pulled out to get recharged. Ronald went the extra mile with amazing customer service to make sure we got the battery out and charged. Will definitely be coming back for any future car needs!

You need to provide more information. Traditionally you provide: year, make, model, engine type. Then you ask for your part. Using the O'Reilly website is pretty straightforward.
