Jerome’s furniture has a great selection of furniture and very helpful sales staff. They let you browse until you need help. Davy was my salesman and gave me excellent service. He was patient, knowledge and professional. I have shopped at Jerome’s for many years and never had a problem.

Santiago helped my wife and I out with purchasing a new mattress. He was very knowledgeable on all the features of the construction of the mattresses and was able to demonstrate the benefits of them. Good guy and easy to talk to. Great service from him and Jimmy at the customer service desk. Great job Jerome’s!

Excellent customer service. I come from the industry of going above and beyond for your customers. Juan was very helpful in helping me make the right decision and offered plenty of options for financing. He was very friendly and welcoming. The lady that helped me confirm the transaction at the end was also very friendly and helpful. I wish I remembered her name but I have terrible memory. She was super sweet and friendly. Ed in the mattress department (Jerome's Dream Shop) was absolutely phenomenal. Took his time time with us. Explaining but also giving us time to try each mattress each mattress. They also had a great selection of pillows to go with the mattress that have protectors over them so them so that we could really get a feel For the mattress and pick the right one. Since all of these fantastic mattresses have great warranties we probably won't be back for another mattress anytime soon but I definitely recommend it to anybody else who's searching. We will definitely be back here if we need any other furniture.

I don't know. All I can say is they told me that they have processed my refund but I have not seen it on my credit card. I'm simply just not gonna buy anything from them ever again either way
Yes, we had a sofa that the zipper broke on but the product was not available so they replaced the whole thing
Go to any hardware store like Home Depkt or Lowes. They are very standard.

Yes they'll remove but charge you for it. If it's donatable you can do that. They donate to Salvation Army after they pick up

I find the easiest way is to take 78East to Los Posas on San Marcos. Circle around from the exit ramp and go back under the highway going north. Go to the second light and turn right. Follow that street along the side if the highway until you see their sign. I come from Oceanside so this is the way I go.

I bought a new home & purchased all my furniture from this store. Professional, courteous, and efficient. Furniture is solid.
