I don't know. All I can say is they told me that they have processed my refund but I have not seen it on my credit card. I'm simply just not gonna buy anything from them ever again either way

Same! They left a cancelled order on my account for 6 months and STILL GAVE ME ATTITUDE about it Everytime. I cancelled because it never came. Horrible place, horrible employees!
