Although I had a longer than expected wait with my paperwork filled out ahead of time (45 minutes at 7:15 am), I learned it was through no fault of the staff. Since merging with Baptist, the employees must enter information into two systems with not so friendly technology. I would like to acknowledge the wonderful and caring mammogram and ultrasound techs, specifically Vanessa Saipher.
