Wow first time i have eaten at Jack in the box and will never again. After waiting for 30 min i approached the counter and asked whats going on and was told they had forgotten our order. We eventually got our food and it was cold, burgers was stale and soagy, tacos were stale. The food had clearly been sitting around for a long time. We didnt want to hang around due to a very bad atmosphere due to a man smashing up the counter with a skateboard and going of on a racial slurr seconds after we walked in. I gave the service 2 stars only because after previous mentioned events the lady behind the counter kept serving customers.

There have been many times. That I have stopped in to this Jack in the box and many times I have walked out feeling alot happier from when I walked in, the service is good and so is the food, But I will say that it does get a Lil busy in there so be ready to have a Lil patience. So I would really recommend this Jack for you and your family,

Usually Jack In The Box smells like good food right from the outside, but once you get out of the car, there is a distinct awful smell that gets stronger inside. The employees are all great, quick, and friendly. Food is also good.
