I give this Jack a 5 and they deserve it. It's a clean and friendly place. The restrooms are clean. Plenty of room in dining and nice music. You'll enjoy your delicious Jack here

Clean. 💯 times better than C street location. The staff are more organized and I feel like there's someone in charge. They also had congratulations signs with their team members names who are graduating. This location cares about their staff. I'm no longer going to C street location. Place is a dump. This beautiful house is my new location, even though I have to take a short bus ride. How you treat your staff matters.

Showed up around 4:35 in the morning and went through the drive through. The cashier told me they weren't accepting orders at the window and were only taking mobile orders but I could wait 30 minutes and then order lol. I pulled into the lot and placed a mobile order which was immediately marked as received and then 2 seconds later marked as ready. I then pulled up to the drive through to pick up my order and it obviously wasn't ready and I ended sitting there for 15 minutes. The girl who helped me didn't seem as if she was too concerned about getting my food to me in a timely fashion, the overall mood seemed pretty relaxed. Not really impressed with the service at all.
