Good quality is certainly worth the wait. However, even great quality doesn't equate to customer satisfaction when it takes over 45 minutes to get two large Frostys. Especially when the order is initially fulfilled with two small Frostys, and mobile orders have to go through the drive through line to receive their order. A worker at the restaurant reported that they simply don't have enough staff to be able to do everything that Wendy's expects of them. This location is in an affluent location. The customers aren't going to have patience for an under-staffed restaurant. The morale of the workers will not reflect the quality of their work. The onus is upon the owner to solve this issue, so customers will look forward to going back, and the business will realize its true potential.

Staffing issues were so bad they closed the dining room yet the drive thru still took 30 minutes.

I love the chili and chicken nuggets on rainy days and the salads and chocolate shakes on hot days. The service is fast and friendly but poor Wendy looks like she's HAD IT! Looks like she got into a fight with her boyfriend, the joker.

Updated. Still a one star. Zero if I could. Went In on 5/25 around 5pm. I literally stood there for a good 4minutes while the employees went back & forth not acknowledging that I’m there. Finally when another customer came in a short lady literally said ‘what can I get you’. No I’m sorry for the wait nothing. Then she kept rushing me and when I ask what’s in included in a meal she used singular words like no, yes, get something else. I do not recommend this location at all. First time visiting this location. Went through the drive thru on a Tuesday morning at 8am and ordered the butter chicken sandwich combo with orange juice. The worst butter chicken sandwich I’ve ever had at any Wendy’s. It was crunchy and tasted old. There was nothing buttery about it. I wanted to call back and get my money back but ummm receipt was not in bag. I will not be returning.

I've never had Wendy's breakfast. I'm not sure if they will bring it back. With how greasy their burgers are, I'm guessing the breakfast menu would be pretty greasy also.
The Wendy's in my neck of the woods are practicing social distancing and no contact delivery with orders so would like to think this Wendy's is doing the same. This i say because last time I've been to this Wendy's was before the pandemic hit.
