So they called me to give me a free meal after they ran out of smoothies when I orderd one which is great service. Also they said they are working on fixing the issue of their phones not working and I have changed my review accordingly.

50+ years of eating at McDonald’s, and I experienced the worst service customer service ever at this food chain. There seemed to be plenty of staff working, but no one acknowledged me while I stood at the counter waiting to place my order. I finally ordered at the kiosk which I guess was a good strategy on their part. At the end of my order, I took a tent and entered the number. Even though my granddaughter and I were the only ones in the restaurant, it took about ten minutes to get food. However, it was not brought to the table as it was for customers after me. Not a big deal. I went up to get the food at the counter, but had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to acknowledge me even though there were four employees within a few feet of me to ask for ketchup. A young man from the back came up and helped me out. After getting back to my table, I realized they hadn’t put napkins in the bag which is a must with a three year old. Again I went up to the counter only to be ignored by several employees including the manager. After a couple of minutes of waiting, the same young man came up and gave me napkins. I realize things aren’t easy, and I don’t normally get bugged by little things, but it doesn’t take much effort to simply acknowledge someone.

The franchisee still doesn’t accept Discover and they consistently fail to interface properly with the mobile app. “Sorry, we don’t have anything for you.”, or finding out you’ve been charged twice is such a common experience if you try ordering ahead. There’s too many McDonald’s in this area, would definitely prefer have the old Burger King back here.

Take out only from a week ago so far. VERY GOOD FRIENDLY MANAGEMENT and staff. Always great service and great to correct a small honest mistake with proper reciept. Great place since my sister's friend worked here in 2002 👌 I'm luvin it ♥️
Adequate. All employees where masks covering both nose and mouth. Though, I've seen employees handle cash with gloves that (immediately afterwards) they handle food without changing.
Best bet is call, they never reply to Google. Most are open to 2am and reopen at 5 tho. Try calling
