Service was good. The food was hot and accurate. The reason for the reduced stars is because of the lack of COVID measures here. No hand sanitizer stations anywhere. No napkins available without them grabbing and giving to you. I felt that it's their responsibility to provide sanitizer for the guests who are about to eat with their hands for the most part.

Oh my goodness. I am so grateful for this restaurant. I'm not from here. They didn't judge me or treat me any different. I called and they answered instead of letting it just ring. The food is absolutely delicious. And the lady in drive-thru Alicia was so freaking amazing. She was kind and helped me with making my order. I have had a horrible few days. But she made me feel welcomed. Truly made my night. Thank yall so much.

It didn't quite look like it does on the commercial but the Big Carl was a very tasty sammich! And hands down, the best chicken tenders in the business!
