My wife was looking for some particular type of pants and was able to find them and found some tops that she wanted.

Love Kohl's and they're customer service is always so great! I had a necklace that was missing a stone. It a gift and I didn't have a receipt or credit card for them to look up or anything. They were so nice and, since they still had the same necklace, they straight up exchanged it for the new one! Above and beyond!

So I went to buy a vest and some sneakers and sandals today and I was so confused on where things were and it was my first time coming into kohl’s. When I tell you Ann P that was working the floor that day and Beth from the customer service check out were so unbelievably helpful and were so nice you can tell that they were trained well and appreciate their job and customers so much thank you so much for making my experience matter fact my first experience in Kohl’s so perfect I didn’t have trouble looking for anything they made sure I was comfortable and we were laughing they are good people and they deserve a raise.

I have been a faithful customer of kohl's for years. I decided to shop at the Millbury store on my way home from work last night , 11/17. When it was time to check out I found there was only one register open with two employees behind it. Perhaps one of them was being trained. The couple checking out in front of me was asked if they wanted to open a charge account in order to receive a discount. They agreed but when asked for a license the husband had to go out to the car to retrieve it. The woman running the register never once looked at me or acknowledged my presence. The younger clerk kept looking at me with concern but did not say anything. I stood there being blatantly ignored and expected to wait for the husband to return from his car, provide their data and finish their transaction. Shouldn't the application process be done at the courtesy desk? After a few minutes of waiting I left my cart and the store frustrated at the lack of even rudimentary courtesy. I would have been somewhat satisfied with a "we apologize for the wait" but to be ignored like that was just ignorant on behalf of the clerk. I took away 2 stars for this purpose alone. On a positive this will not sway me from going back. Aside from the ambiguous credit application at check out, I otherwise love the store. I agree with the consensus that having an amazon drop-off is super easy and convenient.

Just go to customer service
You make the return in the Amazon application elogea Kolhs de Milbury or the one that best suits you they will send you a label you go to the store and show the label on your phone you deliver what you will return.
Your best bet is to call the store and find out what they have for inventory...
No we do not
I don't think so. I have never seen a station for wrapping in the store.
Because kohls sucks.I only go when stuff is on sale and i got kohl's cash
