I had very poor service this evening at store 3181 on 1280 Park Blvd, San Diego, Ca 92101. I did a mobile order because it's usually faster and pulled up to the window at 7pm this evening. I was asked to pull forward to the second pickup window at the restaurant. I waited there for 20 minutes. I've knocked on the window and no one answered. I had to leave my car, with my wife and kids, at the drive thur window and walk in the restaurant. I stood there for another 5 minutes with none of the employees acknowledging that i was there. I had to partially walk in the kitchen to get service. I've asked one of the associates closest to me, where my order was and that I've been waiting at the second pickup window for 20 minutes. He reached around the corner and pulled the happy meal and threw it on the counter and left. The food has been sitting there and is cold. I couldn't get service after that so i just the threw the food away and left. This is the worst experience i ever had. No apologies no nothing. You need to train your employees better customer service, if they don't like working there, they need to be terminated. You will loose a lot of customers that way.

I heard the heavy set black man shift manager tell a customer , if you don't like it you can go down the street to Dell taco". That was his response when the customer asked to please open the door to the restroom. The Manager's response was that it wasn't going to open immediately like he wanted. The customer responded with: "' if that's the case give me a full refund of my order!". The day before that when I came in for coffee and they forgot the sugar, I approached the and I will counter and asked for sugar - the same manager said, " wait a moment" and walked away. He later directed another employee to give me the sugar. Him and the heavy set Mexican manager ( worse demeanor than this one) are eventually going to cost this place $$$ in poor business or lawsuits.

I waited 30 minutes for a mobile order (burger, fries, and mcnuggets) before I had to go inside. Food had been sitting there the whole time, had to be remade fresh. The service here is always way slower than it should be.

Came to the drive through and the person taking orders is very rude and we did not do anything to him. Very disappointed because we expect to be treated at least with some decency and not like we are inconveniencing the employee taking orders for doing his job. I understand there are a lot of tough people in downtown but you have to be respectful to your paying customers. Being rude right off the bat sets you up to have people be rude in return.

Guys, former manager there. Its long awaited renovations! It will be back in january with double drive thru. As for what mike is babbling about, i haven't a clue. When i was hired in 2013 i was told of these renovations, its just taken this long to get permits. Peeing in the kitchen, adorable! Any idea how wide open and under surveillance it is back there?

I don't know if any different hours for holidays; no different holiday hours were listed on their Web site. I recommend verifying online at their Web site or by contacting restaurant directly. Many people answer definitely without verifying, or else they were given incorrect info; or their answers do not follow question that was asked.

Do the voice survey. Former hospitality manager here and let me tell you best way to get mgmt attention is to complain to franchise by doing the voice survey! We rarely had time to answer phone but if answered, ask for ray or Anastasia who are top two. Not sure by the 2344700 wasn't working for awhile, they had cricket cell as official phone for awhile...
