Went through the drive-thru on my way home because I hadn't eaten all day and I was starving. When I got home and opened the bag I noticed they totally got my order wrong by putting items on the burger I explicitly asked them not to put on because of my allergies so I couldn't eat the burger and had to throw it away. They even got my drink order wrong! I didn't want to drive all the way there and home again so I called them to let them know about the mistakes and that I had to throw the items away which was the same as throwing my money away. I was thanked "for bringing it to their attention" but was not offered a refund or a free meal on my next trip there. This is the 2nd time in three months that my order has been incorrect. I will not be going back to this location. Ever!

I tried to order my food before work and I was waiting over 15 mins for my order and it was only a burger and fries my burger was already made and it was just sitting there over 6 mins and I didn’t even want it no more .

The food is always great and the service is always super friendly.... probably shouldn't but I eat there once a week 🤷‍♂️

It's rare when a fast food chain gets your order right so have to give props when they do. Ordered a beyond burger famous star with grilled onions. Nice customer service too.
