So this is the closest McDonald’s to my job, and since everything nearby closes at 2, unfortunately it’s one of the only options. ALWAYS EXPECT TO BE AT THIS MCDONALDS FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES, my orders are always wrong (plain burgers aren’t plain, added cheese don’t have cheese, etc), they also often over charge you and add items to your order. ALWAYS CHECK OUT WHAT YOU GOT IN YOUR BAG BECAUSE 8/10 TIMES THEY WILL HAND YOU THE WRONG STUFF AND TRY TO SEND YOU OFF WITHOUT YOUR DRINKS, which will most likely be a diet soda instead of what you ordered

I come here occasionally to order takeout since this McDonald’s is on my way home. I used the McDonald’s app to order so that I can get deals, such as free fries and buy one get one free. Also I don’t need to leave my car and can just wait at the curbside for my order. With the heavy foot traffic at this location, I am surprised that it is always very clean when I go in and pick up orders sometimes. This location is busy during breakfast and lunch time whenever I visit. My order was always assembled quickly and double checked. The staff is always courteous. Really don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews when the restaurant looks to have good business. By the way, they are currently short staffed and encouraging patrons to use the automated order machines. I recommend to use the McDonald’s App.

We ordered the chicken nugget bundle plus sodas, ice cream sundaes and m&m mcflurries. What we got for $46 were undercooked, oily and semi warm fries, hard nuggets (not fresh), half filled ice cream sundaes and mcflurries; as well as, flat sodas. I tried calling but no one picked up the phone. I also tried the website but couldn't get through.

Came here and ordered a Hot N Spicy add cheese light lettuce. I took one bite when I found out that the chicken patty was very old with tons of lettuce!!! I was very upset and when I took it back I talked to the manager that was there and she acted like she couldn’t understand what I was saying so she told me to pull up and they will make another one it will take 5 min which I knew was the right time. I use to work at mc Donalds for 4-5 years. I ended up waiting 11-12 min so I decided to go in to check my order and they forgot about my entire order and made me another old chicken patty 🤮🤮😡😡 I JUST GOR MY MONEY AND TOOK IT SOME WHERE ELSE
