We visited this location yestersay, the order taker said let me know when your ready, after 2 minutes of letting him know we were ready to order, we received no answer. My sister started to place the order assuming he was gonna answer but the guy was just writing it down, the screen showed our order, but he never suggested, or thank us, nothing, not a single word came out of his mouth. Oscar was the person who took the payment (not sure if it was the same not speaking) but he was rude too. The only nice person here was the lady with blue hair, she handed out our food in a nicely manner.

And in today and ask for a Carmel frappe and worker says no co2 machine down. Like I’ve worked at mcdonalds the 2 don’t have nothing to do with each other! Then when she said no very rudely I asked for a banana strawberry smoothie and she said the exact same thing about the co2 like does she not know co2 has to with the soda machine? Anyways she’s was very rudeeee!!! And should not be working there if she can’t speak right to people

This location was fine. I don't understand why ketchup and other necessary items are not available for customers to access when the soda fountain is accessible. The decals on the fountain machine should be replaced and are free of charge from Coke. The unit is very dated and the labels are faded. I have attached a photo to this. Also, the kiosk never accept deal codes and cancel our when checking out. Always have to have it rung up at the counter.

If I could give this place a negative 10 stars, I would. I walk in and there was no one taking orders. I wait about 10 minutes. Two or three times saying loudly - "does anyone work here?" The employees working the drive thru don't even flinch. A couple employees hear me and say nothing; don't even turn my direction. Basically zero employees taking orders. To top it off, some crazy guy in there was trying to high five me and tell me my hair looked nice. I walk out without any food. No employee ever helped the customers at the counter. Close this place down! Need good employees and need security! An absolute atrocity!
