Customer service at the drive through is always excellent. I always order exactly the same thing (yes, I'm one of those people) - crispy chicken strips. My big issue is inconsistent quality. Once every few trips, there is at least one strip that is nothing but a big glob of fried gristle which of course is disgusting. Luckily I have been ordering them long enough that I can tell this before putting it in my mouth. While I appreciate that they changed to a bigger, thicker piece of chicken for the strip a number of years ago, I would rather have smaller pieces if it would guarantee that I don't get a blob of gristle. But I love them so it won't stop me from ordering. I just have to be ok with throwing one away every few trips. 🤣🤣

The last 2 times I went here and ordered curly fries I got regular fries. I was just craving curly fries too, I don't even like fast food that much. Didn't notice till I got home. Two times!!
