The food is good but the workers there need to leave their problems at home and not take it out on the customers, sounding like their mad at the customers for whatever they got going on in their life. seriously so disappointing made me leave the drive through. Ended up at Popeyes they treat their customers with respect.

I am not sure why most of the staff is rude here. Especially the tall male cashier with mustache and beard. He always stares at you angrily and responds with an attitude, and that's if he even gets to you. I can be standing at the cashier for minutes watching staff walk by but none will even come to you to say," be with you in a while" or something along the lines.

Be Real

My family just experienced a traumatic event. We made Jack in the Box, on 4th and C, Chula Vista, CA, our "Command Post". As a family, we cried, recharged, and prayed in this place. THE managers and employees were cortious, friendly, and accommodating. There are no pictures of the many cups of coffee that we bought, the tacos, the burgers, the unfinished and unwrapped food that we couldn't eat just thinking of solutions, leads, connections, phone calls to be made, strategic moves to be more effective, etc. Thank you Jack in the Box for hiring top Quality moral and ethical people. Love your tacos and Strawberry shakes 😋
