You consistently have to wait 30 minutes past your appointment . They don’t care about your time.

RE: Lab 3rd Floor. Got there early, parked in front, walked in, greeted/temp check, checked in fast, short wait. The Vietnamese tech who drew my blood was great, I barely felt anything. In and out in a few minutes. First time using Kaiser and I'm quite satisfied. ALL the staff there were pleasant, and efficient. Place was older/70s, but clean.

Parking is SO limited here. Arrive early to give yourself time to park.
