Cute little venue. I just loved the atmosphere!! The only down side was when exiting, they literally only allowed for EVERYONE TO USE ONE STAIRCASE! So we were all like sardines. What a safety hazard!!

The Ace hotel theater is very cool. I really appreciate the security being okay with patting me down instead of having me go through a metal detector because I now have a pacemaker. The whole experience was pretty cool in terms of the beautiful architecture. The seats weren't that comfy but honestly we were there for the performance not for comfortable seating. It wasn't too bad in all honesty it's just something that should be noted. All in all I would definitely go to see someone here again if the opportunity arose.

Gorgeous venue. I saw Tig Notaro here and she was great. Great venue for any type of show. Every seat is great.

Gorgeous venue! Beautiful architecture! Ornate woodwork covering the whole theater. Bathrooms are big and have separate vanity. Bars on multiple floors. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Covid precautions were taken. Masks required and vaccination cards or negative covid test. I felt very safe attending this event.

Right, 1600. I prefer the front row of the balcony. The acoustics are great, it was built as Charlie Chaplin's Vaudville theater before amplification.
In my opinion, you would do best in the front row or an aisle. The seats are very similar to an old movie theatre or playhouse, you cannot fit a walker in those aisles.
Yes have space for wheelchair
Short answer: plaster cast molds. Longer answer, Google "United Artists Theater Los Angeles" to learn the history. The Los Angeles Conservancy offers walking tours and visits this and many other Broadway theaters.
Chaka Khan's next show is November 26 in El Cajon not sure if Stephanie Mills is performing with her
Next to the theater is a lot but get there early

Yes. For more specific information check website, it is also referred to as United Artists Theatre at Ace Hotel.
No, depends on the performance or act booked.
Starkids Homecoming....10 year anniversary show
They usually post set times on Twitter day of show. Double check website for any openers.
I believe the Ace Hotel next door has valet parking. And there are parking lots close by.
After 7pm you can find free street parking close by. If $ is how you measure good :)
the street is an option and if U park after 6:30pm. the parking is free. There are several parking structures around there too
It is sitting only.
I'd say doors open at 7.30 and the show starts at 9.
I suggest arriving early. My experience was a line on the outside of the venue and then a second line in the inside, as they were allowing entrance by sections
Many parking lots nearby and valet (valudation if you are stsying at the hotel but notfor the Theater). Valet rates can be $30 depending on events nearby.
Yes, call first. I was able to pay another ticket when I got there. Go early.
There are bars and limited concessions inside, with more bar and restaurant options adjacent, in the same hotel building and next door.
Yes
This is normal for all theaters. You are charged when the tickets are ordered, not when they are received or picked up at will call. If you want to pay later then you have to take the risk of reserving your seats later, perhaps when your monthly billing cycle restarts.
The hotel has a restaurant but the theater only has a bar.
