Cane to see Moulin Rouge. It was wonderful. The building is amazing. Staff was friendly. Our seats were Mezzos. Center. Perfect. If I had one concern it was the ppl grilling hot dogs on the way out. Too small a space for that.

I visited two weeks ago to watch Hamilton and really enjoyed my experience. They were still requiring masks at the time and were not selling concessions. Although there was a long line to walk into the theater it did not take long to get through. The theater itself is quite beautiful and very art deco. The one thing I will say is that the seats are on the small side so good luck if you're tall.

This place is gorgeous and spectacular. After waiting so long we finally got to see Hamilton. Not only was the show awesome but the Pantages Theatre had so much to kick at and see. The detail is impeccable.

The theatre itself is gorgeous!! The staff were extremely helpful and very professional. I was surprised at how young many of them were but appreciated/impressed that they took an interest in the shows. I was raised with regular visits to the symphony, ballet and shows. One of the things I've noticed when talking to contemporaries and younger is that this is a rare experience. So, it was wonderful to see the younger staff taking advantage of a job that allows them access to these shows. At the time that I visited Hamilton was showing. I LOVE the original, but this one felt like a huge letdown. However, that doesn't affect my appreciation of the theatre.

I have not visited this place but Bossa Nova is near there. They are located at 7181 Sunset Boulevard. I suggest you Google them for menu and other information.
It's on their website. Also you can check out Broadwayinhollywood.com to see all the shows playing and coming to LA Theater. I'm not a member, so I'm not sure exactly of the process, but in Playbill it said to go to Broadwayinhollywood.com. You can also go to the Pantages website. I hope that helps.
Must be fully vaccinated = performance you are seeing is 14 days after 2nd dose Or "Guests under age 12 or those who need a reasonable accommodation for medical reasons or due to a sincerely held religious belief must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to entering the theatre. Children under 5 will not be admitted to the theatre."
Check the Pantages Theatre website for ticket links to see what is available.
Yes. It's best to get the tickets at the box office, if you can.
My wife and I are season holders and the answer is yes you get a discount.
At the lot at the intersection to the West of the theatre.
I believe you can if you have season tickets, if not, call boxoffice.
I'm also a fan of parking at the W hotel. I make reservations at their restaurant Delphines, and with validation parking is around $20.
There are restaurants and bars near by that are not expensive
There are lots of lots all around the area. Get there early.
Hollywood and Vine restaurant and bar has tvs all around the bar. You can catch the game there. Better choice for dinner that I love is Off Vine. Valet park there and walk to the show! Great brunch if you are going to matinee, great meeting place. No TV there.
10am m-sun. 6:30pm mon. Tues.-sat. 8:30pm., sun 7:30pm
YES!!!!! Not the actual price of the tickets but the fees. Ticketmaster can charge a ton, this time for me was $50 more a ticket. I returned those tickets and got at box office. If you are anywhere near by, it's best to go. You get hard copy of tickets so you save shipping in some case. If there is a ticket issue with another patron, which happened to me, its best to have real tickets. For $15 you can exchange your ticket.
Nice place to see shows...😎
Have you look instagram #Moulin Rouge
I think they would definitely be entertained with the music and all the scenery changes. If the question is regarding being something inappropriate on scene, not really. It’s sutil understanding that they were together in a sutil way and I don’t think kids would understand it. Just keep in mind it’s a cabaret and wardrobe is accordingly, but there’s no nudity at all 😊
No. Even pre pandemic that wasn't an option. It is a gorgeous theater and hope you do see a show and enjoy it!
Masks are to be worn the entire time you are on the property of the pantages theater.
62 plus 62 is $124 plus tax. Sounds correct to me
Yes, mask must be worn at all times. You also must show proof of vaccination upon entering.
Yes
Chateau Marmont, perhaps. The Standard also is nice but further away.
ID, proof of vaccination and wear a face mask all the time.
Yes. It is playing at least through March 20, 2022, as long as there are no cancellations due to Covid.
No it's closed.
Yes.
On weekdays the box office opens at 5pm and the venue starts letting people in for Hamilton shows at 7 pm. On Saturdays they open at noon and start letting people in at 1pm, and on Sundays 11 am and noon for the show.
Children are allowed in with proof of a recent negative test as well. Not sure how current test needs to be.
I saw plenty of people pulling up and either dropping off more picking up people after the event. I think there's a loading zone or something up front.
I had no problems bringing in bottled water.
You can buy directly at their box office or on their website where it directs you to tickermaster.
If it's Hamilton, it's about 2 hour show with intermission at the 1 hour mark.
The show i went to started at 8pm and there was an intermission. We were out by 11pm, hope that helps.
They do not.
Both are ok.. i was there Wednesday and had my phone thru Google pay
Ticketmaster
We had tickets for July 2020 through Stub Hub and when the show was cancelled, we were offered a full refund or 120% credit to be used within one year. We took the credit and are going this year. Not sure when you posted this question. Guess it depends on who you purchased your tickets from as far as your recourse. Hope you were able to get something back!
Probably. Most things are closing 👎
I would expect that they would have to return the entire amount including any fees you paid on your credit card? This situation is an emergency, and you have to be made whole.
Not at the venue but it is available on Amazon
No
About 2x45 min plus 15 min intermission .. Our show On Sunday started at 1p ?
REGULAR BOX OFFICE HOURS Monday | 10am - 6pm Tuesday - Saturday | 10am - 8:30pm Sunday | 10am - 7pm https://www.hollywoodpantages.com/events/how-to-buy
I would say yes...but not too far away...as long as you can see them
About 2 1/2 hours or so
I received an email from their team just recently so they do try and get back to you fairly quickly. Took only a day.
At the corner of Hollywood and Vine there is a lot for 20. reasonably close and safe.
For a matinee, there's a nice lot just north of the theater for $20.
Facing the front of the theater, on the right there is an underground/aboveground parking for $20 and is really good. And you can stay there for longer than just the show time, unlike the other parkings
Well dress code for musicals and live shows is pretty much semi formal
Yes
3 hours
Not that I know of. Some plays may not be age appropriate though.
I wish I could tell you. But I honestly don't know. Sorry!
Yes you can! I've seen it done.
You can get tickets at will call, they will also mail to you. I believe if you have an account, you can print from there as well.
Please check their website as they are not on this forum. Good luck!
Hollywood's oldest Italian restaurant https://www.micelisrestaurantcom/ Also... http://www.fabiolus.com/ They make their own pasta fresh daily.
Roughly around 10:30. By the time I walked to the structure it was around 10:45.
10am to 8:30pm
The hollywood burger across the street is EXCELLENT!! Soon ill make a review for that place so stay tuned for that.
Yes, just coordinate with the representatives there or call ahead
Yeah... chances are, you won't get through. :-( As was suggested and I would suggest too, go online, purchase that way; nearly all of your questions can be answered online regarding shows parking Etc. Good luck!
Tracy, I was treated to the show, so I'm sorry but I can't answer correctly. I think it would be tacky for me to ask after being treated. Sherri, I never know the best way to buy tickets for events. I always went straight to the box office for any event, hoping to avoid extra fees. I'm bugged to know the box office is now adding extra fees. As far as the price, Phantom is expensive, so I'm not surprised at that price for nose bleed tickets. I feel the box office makes it difficult so we buy from Ticketmaster, etc. The box office probably gets a kickback for doing nothing. I'm sorry I can't be more of a help.
Check out amazon, Costco and Expedia apps to make sure the price is competitive.
30 45 minutes before show time
With season tickets there is an option to send to someone so I would assume that is true for individual tickets. You may also be able to print the but not sure if that option is still available.
When will the Pantages box office open for hamilton
I recommend dinner first at Musso & Frank Grill on Hollywood Blvd not far from The Pantages. Then the Pantages show. After hit the many cool bar lounges around Hollywood like Hemingway's lounge or Yamashro bar & restaurant and book a view table overlooking the city skyline, dont forget to visit the Japanese garden that's lited up at night where you can sit and enjoy this private view. Or visit the many cool bars and lounges on Sunset Blvd. As for Clubs, check out Avalon Night club in Hollywood or the Factory Night club on Hollywood boulevard, both these clubs have A-list DJ's and advance tickets are always recommended depending on the performance.
Call main number, there is an option for lost and found.
This is not a sales forum
Check their website!
There are many places to park right across the street to the east is a large building parking for the Pantages is $20 there is also a parking lot directly behind the Pantages but smaller also $20 but if you get there early enough and can park there getting out as much faster
It is the story of Gloria and Emilio Estefan, with their music, and it is wonderfully staged.
Depends on rhe show. Hi production shows like Wicked start at 120.00 low can be like 50.0
The W is across the street and a lot of cheap Hollywood hotels around.
Aladdin is not at the Pantages anymore it's Love Never Dies now
Depends on the show. Expect to spend at least 2 hours and 45 mins.
Business casual to casual. It varies from show to show: Many folks were in shorts and t-shirts for Aladdin.
It is 24 miles from LAX and 8 miles from burbank airport. However what really is important at what time you are traveling there. Last year it took 2 hours to go there from santa monica leaving at 6 pm
I agree with Jennifer. The theater is breath- taking & gorgeous but quite cavernous & imposing at the same time. Not a place i would've taken my children at that age. I would contact Pantages directly to see what their rules are.
They are currently on holiday hours and close at 6 pm tonight.
Always stay at the W it's awesome and literally right across the street from the theater
Very busy show The Hamilton performance run 2:45 to 3 hrs. So you now calculate your time. ♥️🐻
True check the website it is full of information.!
Unfortunately no at least not for public. You may need to contact theatre to check if they can make a concession, but not likely.
Not directly affiliated, but several close by. The parking structure off Argyle is convenient. In fact, the cast and crew park there.
Across the street there is a parking and there is a parking on the street, my advise take a uber or lift, save your self a headache.
Empty space
Hamilton started at eight for me and ended around 11 with intermission. So about 3 hours total.
When i went people were getting them up to 10-15 minutes prior. Early is always recommended because you never know about the lines
Union station is 7 miles away. The metro red line will get you to the pantages from there.
Usually 1 hours before show especially something popular like Hamilton
33 taps is an easy option right next door. There are also a lot of great restaurants along Cahuenga.
It really depends on the show the more popular the play the faster they sell out
