In my opinion, you would do best in the front row or an aisle. The seats are very similar to an old movie theatre or playhouse, you cannot fit a walker in those aisles.
The main floor of the theater doesn't have any steps so your walker shouldn't be an issue. The women's restroom is down a flight of stairs. I an not sure if there is an elevator to the restroom level.
You should to do fine on the front row or aisle.
The seating on the main floor is snug but ok to get through using the back of the seats for balance. Th slope along the isles is minimal and should not let your walker get away from you.
