Aside from having to wait for hours to enter the venue, everything was superb. The employee's were kind (especially the restroom attendant). Even from afar, I could clearly see the artists.

The Novo is such a small intimate venue that hosts many different events, concerts, parties, etc. Its located in the heart of Los Angeles at LA Live. If you get overwhelmed with very massive arenas, then you should definitely check out The Novo. Inside The Novo, there’s a big beautiful bar with great service. They offer different types of seating throughout. If you like to stand, they have an area for that; if you want to sit cabaret-style, they have a space for that, if you want traditional theatre seating, they have a space for that, and if you just want to hang out by the bar, you may do so as well. For the specific event that I attended, the general admission area was perfect! We were right in front of the stage, and we were able to snag a drink table. I was worried my legs would give out for standing too long, but they didn't! I was able to dance and drink and be close to the performers. It was great! I'm looking forward to attending future events at The Novo.

Big, nice modern venue, but definitely with some downsides. The biggest one is the pit situation for GA shows. If it's a sold out show, unless you're literally one of the first in line (so BEFORE the doors open), you will NOT be able to get into the pit. They distribute wristbands to the first chunk of fans who get in, and they run out of wristbands right away. Everyone else is stuck way on the periphery, far from the stage, on the other side of a totally useless railing - even if you have a GA Floor ticket. You can go for the balcony instead, but that's a separate ticket and there are all seats up there. The other downside is the parking. Good luck if you're coming on the same day as a game at the Crypto.com arena, which is right next door. You might get lucky at the LA Live structure but it'll cost you $30 on game nights. Keep in mind the train station isn't far away so maybe look into that. Security was fine. Service at the bar was fast, but a double drink cost 27 dollars and even so I didn't even taste any alcohol.

The seats were awesome & so was the venue. But when people got up in in show they blocked my view. Other than that it was a great show!!! Got to see Kaleo!!!!

Go to Olympic & and Fig. To the ticket box
Yes, the floor area has NO SEATING
I didn't notice a dress code fore the Shoreline concert l went to. Everyone was dressed casual to down right hoochie! Lol!
Just need a vax card that is over two weeks old and both shots required unless J&J. Don't need to bring the card, a decent pic will do.
Every event is different. Call novo and ask: "Is Lil Mosey an ALL AGES SHOW?" If they say: "Yes." Then your good, but if they say "No" than it's either 18+ or 21 and up.
They won't allow it. Some people tried to bring tripods and selfie sticks to the Zico concert last month and they were taken away
Thank you to everybody who responded. Just making sure, because I've been to some venues where they don't allow baseball caps
I haven't seen a dress code here. I wore shorts last time i went.
Yes you can, but just like every event now, they do check all bags at the security entrance.
Walk downstairs
No seats on bottom standing only. If you want a seat its on balcony level
You have to choose balcony sests for seating
Standing Room for dancing, yes
You can bring your printed tickets or they can scan the code from your phone.
LAX
Seat. Was just there for Joji and I had balcony. It's nice and you can see the "entertainer" really well.
You do NOT have to be vaccinated. I was there on November 7th. I had a negative COVID test and a paper I printed from the website. You state on the paper why you can't be vaccinated and sign it. There are 3 options: medical, disability, or religious. No proof necessary. Take it with you as well as your negative test results. It's called Patron Vaccination Exemption Form. Click on those words in the health and safety policy and you download the form.
Yes must be vaccinated. Show I went to 2 weeks ago didn't even allow a neg covid test... had to show Vax card and id
We just had to show a negative test or proof of vaccinated they have the new regulations on the website to be up to date though
U need a 72 hour covid Test result or covid vaccine record
The Miyako in Little Tokyo
I don't recall anyone wearing those that night but some did wear jeans. Security didn't necessarily insist on any particular dress code but the again it depends on the artist too.
Best to check age requirements for each artist on website.
5pm events only
parking varies depending on where you park. about $30
Check the website
You are sitting above the GA pit a little further back and there is lots of seating. You may be allowed to move around and come up to the railing depending on the crowd factor
I'd assume 3am. Not serve booze after 2am, but I'm sure they give people enough time to get together and shuffle out. Most likely, they close after you've left.
Axs website
When the doors open.
No table service; however, there's cell service. You walk up to the bar to buy drinks or snacks.
It's a comfortable place with good air conditioning. So wear whatever you like.
No age limit at the novo
Im not shure but my guss would be online at Amazon . com or maby the band has there own website that sells merch
Check here, this might help https://shop.trippieredd.com
Amazon my daughter got one from the guys selling it after the concert
Be in the crowd and give to her as she comes from parking lot.
Yes. ..you can leave it in the local parking area (there are a few close by)...they wave you into the lot from the street. ...just like a car parking lot. ....for like 5 or 10 bucks you can lock it there. ...I saw multiple people doing this. ...the price may differ from lot to lot. ....it's pretty safe tho. ...lots of people walking around the area
Should be ok, might depend on show, I would call/email ahead and ask before I bring though
You can find street parking, with meters, but be prepared to walk at least 3-5 blocks. Otherwise, there's a lot of parking lots/structures available ranging from $10-30
Once you get in, they dont really check tickets are wristbands
Nop
I was filming on my phone and wasn't told anything everyone was ..I'm sure it's ok to take your go pro
Yes my two lady friends had a purse security guards will check it of course enjoy yourself ✌
Main Floor
Standing room only in GA but there are seats in the balcony - i think that's VIP only
You can get them online or stubhub, but it already happened at noon didnt it?
There are several parking lots around LA Live, some are outdoor lots and there are some larger parking structures. Suggest getting to your event early enough to pick where you want to park. Price ranges from $12-25 depending on the events in the area.
There's not a bad seat there downstairs it's a dance floor and the drinks are off the hook so enjoy homie ✌
Yes, you can see the stage from pretty much any place on floor
No, you will need a wristband if you're going to drink
General admission is standing, the only seating is in the balcony area
I believe so, but it depends on the type of event they are having. I would suggest contacting the venue direct and inquiring about the specific event.
If you have tickets for the upper level if you have general admission no
I'm sure if there was extenuating circumstances where an event was cancelled, you should either get a refund or they will honor for a rescheduled date. Call the box office
I paid 12 bucks
Don't know. Try calling? You might get an answer. When I went it was all open. You could go wherever.
I think it depends on the event
h
Depends on the show
Agreed. GA Balciny Center
Oh I'm so sorry. I don't work there so I'm not sure. Maybe you should try calling? Hopefully someone will answer the phone. Of course uf you are on crutches or something, I would hope you wouldn't have a problem. Sorry I couldn't be more help. 😬
No you don't. They don't check for age when your entering there. Metal detector and 4 people will check you before letting you in. I was surprised there was a lot of security.
When I was there E3 was going on Yes I saw a people using professional cameras
First of all I would never dignify a question from a name like that. How about you grow up and demonstrate some leadership. You sound weak, you living in your mom's basement, out of shape fat, and you asking about a 13 year old. We really need to call CPS on you.
If they're not sold out, I'm sure you can.
A ticket will list specific seat numbers on your general admission balcony tickets, but the venue does in fact adhere to the first come first served ok
Most of the doors open 2 hours before the show. You can check your ticket or the website of the theater to confirm...
No I don't think there's a specific entrance for VIP, maybe they'll direct you after to another area because there's only one entrance where they check you. But yes seats are assigned...so your seat will be there if you get there late.
There is a parking garage near the venue (two hours or more costs $28) There are also parking lots on nearby streets that you can park at for less. Plan on arriving half an hour earlier than usual so you have plenty of time to pick a spot, pay the attendant and walk over to the Novo.
Yes as long as your with them but yes, I've stated before there are bars on every floor but yes they can go.
Balcony has seats. Not sure if that show will have seats on the bottom floor.
Balcony is not age restrictioned unless your event had a restriction. That said, there is a VIP lounge and that's 21+
Yupp u will need to get a wristband for the floor
They have a bar in there and you might need an adult 21 or over
First come first serve unless stated otherwise
Depend what show o concert you want see
Whos that?
Yes you can as long as you have a wrist band.
I would try to avoid parking in the LA Live underground lot. It's twice as much as the nearby offsite lots. Save that money for the $15 beers at the Novo.
Depends if u want to be really close floor if you want to watch and relax than balcony
Early arrival is necessary if you want to get the wristbands to go to the dancr floor. Even if you buy floor tickets. They don't let people rotate like other venue's (eg. "X" amount of people leave, "x" amount of people are let in, in place of those who left)
Can I bring my professional camera to the NOVO?
You may want to hold off on travel plans...I don't think it's confirmed. The show isn't listed anywhere other than the band's Facebook.
Yes
Located on the 3rd floor above lucky strike. If concert is sold out, an additional cue line may be built in front of rock and fish restaurant.
GA is standing and first come, first served.
Yes.
There's a vip lounge and outdoor smoking area. As with anything, I suggest getting in a bit early, not so much as it is a small venue and there is not much need.
Some shows are assigned seating, some are general admission in the VIP balcony. You'll have to talk to whichever ticket vendor you purchase your tickets from.
Yes. I'm not sure if it's the same for all events, but my last service charge was around 10 dollars for each ticket.
It depends on the concert. It would be indicated on the ticket.
Always call and see if the box office is open before you go. First 30 minutes in the lot is free
I have never been for a regular night. I believe that all of their events are shows. Usually i go for their 5 or 10 dollar shows. Check their website to see when they are having those
You can but the general admission .. not the vip (up front)
If the show starts at 8PM I would give myself at least 45 minutes. Parking will add some travel time to your arrival to the Novo. Finding the Novo across the plaza will also add time to your trip, as well as scenery distractions. If you are planning to have dinner add at least another hour.
