Are pit passes handed out when the doors open at 7p or when the box office opens at 5p? I don't want to get there super early to get wristbands if they aren't given out until the doors open.

It might depend on the show. The past few times I've gone there my tickets were printed from home. I'm pretty sure they should give you your tickets when the box office opens though. Maybe try calling and see if you can get through to find out.
