If you buy balcony tickets, can you still go to the floor?

You can but the general admission .. not the vip (up front)

Floor is general admission,. Sometimes, however, they manage how many people they allow on the floor so you could get turned away

I'm pretty sure you can, floor is standing room only, I was even able to go closer to the stage!
