DO NOT RELY ON UNOFFICIAL ANSWERS FROM UNKNOWN PEOPLE ON THE INTERNET. Seriously, don't be like this person. This is how mistakes happen and how you can seriously end up screwing yourself over.

Yes if you go physical to the DMV, normally you dont have to make a line but since your having a problem with the kiosk you might have to for them to help you, there is a kiosk inside the DMV in Oxnard, and they will be happy to help.

Yes unless they have a chair available they will let you in just to dit down

For seniors mostly you don't have to wait but if you go in the morning ask the assistant that outside by the door she will help you

To be generally honest with you, the early morning would be the best because with the whole situation going on, the DMV fluctuates throuout the day. You don't need an appointment to get your real ID but you will have to wait in line. My best advice is just to go as early as you can with the right paperwork or else you're just going to be waiting a long time just to walk out with nothing if you don't have what they require.

@Doug Lanagan yes you would be responsible for any fees they will not waive them. I just went through this I dought a classic car that hasn't been registered for 14 years I had to pay $760

You have to go to Ventura County Superior Court to pay for tickets first. They are not paid at the DMV. There is also a smaller court in Vineyard street that you can also go to pay your tickets
