ZERO STARS!!! I literally called at least 20 + times this morning, and got caught up in voicemail hell. But, eventually, I got through to Service, and asked them if they did free brake inspections. I spoke with Rolando, & he said yes, and the next appointment was for August 19. Earlier this afternoon, I stopped by to see if I could get in any earlier I was told to pull over to the side and wait in the car. I was sitting there in the hot sun for half an hour and was never helped, so I left. I just called to make that appointment, and left a message. My call was returned by some lady, who said no they don't do free brake inspections solely & they only do it for free if you get a tire rotation. That was time wasted, and you all need to get on the same page before giving out information. Thanks for adding to my already growing frustration.

The staff is amazing but Manny Ortiz was the best salesman to help me with getting my new car. If you want a friendly, honest and relatable salesman, Manny is the guy you want to see!!!

Nice staff. They were willing to let me look at the one car I wanted to see, hand me their card and continue on with my day without pressure. If they have a car I want I would definitely drive a long way to return to give them my business.

I came in on Sunday just browsing and ended up leaving Tuesday evening with my new dream car. Omar was extremely helpful (&patient) as I asked about 1000 questions as this was my first purchasing experience. He handled questions across 2 days (most of which he was supposed to have off) and helped communicate between myself and the dealership in order to close the deal. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and customer service I received at Oxnard Hyundai and I would recommend Omar to any of my friends looking for a car.
