Not bad so far, but there are definitely things i wish i knew before moving in. 1. It is noisy. Not just because it is next to a hospital (sirens at all times), but the complex (or at least my building) has a lot of kids. 2 stars. 1A. Find out if the people that live above you have kids. Because if they do, the noise will reverberate throughout your entire apartment. After speaking with the front office, they confirmed that the offenders would only be put on notice if it were after hours [10pm-8am]. I feel bad for anyone who works a night shift that requires them to sleep through the day. 1 star. 2. Pests. When i moved in, there was a very apparent ant problem. The front office was awesome about getting pest control in and getting it rectified. That combined with the Terro liquid ant gel worked wonders. 4 stars. 3. Maintenance. When i moved in, my garage door did not work, nor did my AC. Maintenance was able to get them both fixed within 7 days. 5 stars. Overall, I do not regret moving in, i just wish i asked a few more questions. As things happen, i will continue to update my review; keeping it honest, and telling you the things i wish i knew then. *Update. Questions to ask: is your bedroom over a garage? If so, each time the garage is opened your room will shake. 1 star. *1.5 year update. I think the complex may be affected by the hiring shortage, because it takes maintenance 5 days to complete requests. I respect that they have employment issues, but I do not respect the fact that I have to submit seven requests before the ant problem is completely fixed. I am currently on my fourth trouble call for air conditioning, and they have still not contracted it out to an HVAC company. 1 star.

The front office staff and maintenance are unprofessional and lack communication skills. I have had a maintenance request for over a month now for my washer and dryer and they have not fulfilled it or told me when they can come look at it. They say they are going to do things but they never get done. They seem really nice at first but then once you move in, they stop caring about you.

I’m a current resident at these apartment complex and my oven has been broken since March 18th. I put in a maintenance request and was told I’d be reach out to soon. My boyfriend finally went into the office yesterday March 22nd to find out why we haven’t been responded to and our reply was that we should have got an email. We didn’t. Today March 23rd we got an email saying to confirm that they could come in between 1 to 3 to fix my oven. I just got home from work (it’s a little before 8pm) and my oven is still not fixed. We took the effort to get our dog out of the apartment and clear their workspace area.... for my oven to still be broken.

I have lived here for almost 4 years and I’ve had only good experiences so far. I love my apartment! It is so quiet and the complex is so beautiful I feel like I am at a resort. Maintenance always comes to fix things very quickly and the girls in the office are so nice and caring. I love the new package lockers it lets me pick up my packages 24 hours a day. I would highly recommend moving in here.
