Trying to get into contact with the Leasing Office can be very difficult at times but they have definitely been making an active effort to do better and have shown they can really go the extra mile to help you out.

6-1-20 After living in the compound for over 3 years, I moved. The Covid nonsense forced me to make some changes. I really was disappointed I could not stay. Dealing with the public is NEVER easy and i must say, Michelle and her staff do have all of your concerns at heart. Some of the staff live on site and they want the best for all. Some people are just slobs, rude, and inconsiderate and making everyone happy is impossible. I will honestly say the Tierra Vista staff do better than most at keeping this compound safe and clean and well maintained. I would recommend Tierra Vista to anyone. 10 Months ago....... i must say the way the entire office staff has handled the parking pass issue, has been remarkable. This was NOT an easy situation to institute!! Lets of yelling and disrespect toward the office team. A few times i was just an observer and they help their smile and worked toward a solution. The maintenance team has a punch list that could make a contractor cry. They seem to get things resolved in a timely manor. They are always friendly and I have seen them picking up trash. Fellow tenets are friendly and the units are beautiful. Thank you Management for making your jobs look easy, I know they are not and i AM SURE can really test your patience.

Living in Tierra Vista has been one of the best experiences I've had when it comes to renting. The office staff is always ready to help and always so kind every time we visit. Jonathan and Cristine were amazing when helping me select my apartment. The process was so simple they basically did all work for me. To top it off the maintenance and cleaning crew are always at work so there rarely is an issue to report to them, and even so they get to a solution quickly. Alma was kind enough to give us a tour the building and even cleaned everything afterwards. The parking situation is bit tight but the issue is minor compared to all the perks of living here. I can see myself here for a long time.

The pros of living here clearly outweigh the cons. Nothing beats the great maintenance team and office staff at Tierra Vista! In the 5 years I've been here, yes I have seen a lot of changes - most of them for the good of the residents. The Staff can only do so much, it's the few selected people that live here that choose to not contribute! These are the people that are too lazy to get a 'free' bag to discard their dog's waste, the same people that throw water bottles or other trash on the lawns or in the bushes, the same people whose car alarms go off every other night and wait till it's convenient to turn it off, and of course the same people that talk among themselves all hours of the night outside your bedroom window! If it's you reading this, how about get a job or at least be considerate of a quiet community, not where you came from off some government funding??? If it's not you reading this, then ask them nicely to take their conversation elsewhere or remind them of the bags for their dog's waste, or better yet....take the trash they discarded and leave it on their patio with a note! People -- PLEASE don't wait till the next day or week to call the office or write a review when you see a problem. Call the Police or Security! If we all stick together, a lot of these issues can be taken care of. Don't be afraid to tell on the "neighborhood" people that abuse our pool, don't be afraid to speak out on the vandalism of mail boxes or property. The Staff can only do so much to provide us with the tools and information to get rid of these vandals. Let's bond together to keep Tierra Vista a safe and beautiful place to live.....it's our home!
