I came in today to buy a motorcycle jacket. But they have a stupid rule of they can’t sell anything that doesn’t have a tag. Then why did you hang it up on the sales floor

I was in the store at 815 N. Oxnard and found the store to be a pleasant place to shop until I went to check out. The line was all the way to the back of the store. I asked the manager if she could put more cashiers on to help the customers but she said they were all at lunch. This is an everyday occurrance at this store. Every time I go the line is miles long and only one or two cashiers are asked to do the job of many.The manager said a mistake had been made. This "mistake" happens all the time. It doesn't matter what you find to buy it certainly is no bargain if you have to spend your life in those long lines ! If this is the way that store is going to be run then I will take my business elsewhere !

This is a big thrift store so it will take you at least an hour to go through the entire store. The prices are not the cheapest but you definitely have more options to choose from, they definitely have more range of products than other thrift stores in the area. However the Mission Bargain thrift store has the best range of furniture. There's no try room for you to try clothes. All sales are final, no returns are accepted.
