I was very pleased with the prompt response by Paz Mar Maintenance Department. Emilio in particular, had been to my apartment on a few occasions and had corrected and or repaired the issues that needed attention. Emilio has conducted himself in a very knowledgeable and professional manner on all occasions. I would recommend that his peers see Emilio as a role model to reflect upon. Thank you, Emilio for your continued professionalism and sense of promptness/ urgency.

I love this place a little pricey but the view is amazing this is a great place to live. Two pools work out room tennis court across the street worth every penny. Highly recommend

I would say avoid at all costs. Beautiful view but that's all. Old everything. Packages stolen every day from our front porch (the Amazon people do not use the lockers all the time). Horribly stained carpets, probably from the 70's. We moved out because we needed to be in a safer neighborhood and just received our deposit back. A whopping $72! They blamed it on carpet cleaning fees, which is ridiculous. We notated there were innumerable stains when we moved in. It's borderline criminal to only receive $72 back. However, I just don't have the time to fight it. I've heard from friends that have moved out as well, it's pointless to push back anyways. So we're just cutting our losses and moving on. FYI - They raise the rent about 10% every year, so be ready for that too! LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS HERE! Those are the ones that are being truthful!

I have had a great experience during my time at the paz Mar. The maintenance responds properly to my requests when needed and the location is impeccable. Friendly neighbors. Mervilyn has helped me directly multiple times and is very responsive and helpful.

So sick and tired that every time we come home, we find stupid notes on the door saying That they need to shut the water, to fix the problem but they never do....
Doesn't have AC. But is by the docs and water so it doesn't get too hot. Management is a bit slow on responding. I rent a one bed loft for 1850 outside of utilities

Horrible, if you have more than two cars then this place is not for you. You have one assigned spot, rest of the time its first come first serve, if not run the risk of being towed or park on the street and run the risk of ur car being broken into, stolen or side swiped.
No price would be worth the issues you have to deal with in this apartment. If asked to live here for free at this point, I wouldn't go back.

They are not broken. Paz Mar is adding gates to the property. It's taking a while, but it looks like they are close to the finish line.
3rd floor is really the best. You can hear your neighbors above you, but not on the side or below.
Well for me it's actually everything but gas! You go through SoCal Gas for that.
