Has the management company set a finish date for the front gates to the parking lot ? I have read the reviews and it seems as if these gates have been broken for months. I don’t see any reason why it would take multiple months to replace them.

They are not broken. Paz Mar is adding gates to the property. It's taking a while, but it looks like they are close to the finish line.

Update: gates are still not functioning.

They are ok apartments, their prices are very high and the paint scheme is a little loud. For the prices they charge you could buy a condo and have a write off. My opinion is that their prices are too high. I saw them on my last visit to the area. Also they have increases at the end of the lease. To me the value is not there.
