My husband and I recently purchased a home here, the park manager Janine was very friendly and patient throughout the application process as well as informing us of community activities and local points of interest. This is a beautiful neighborhood that is well managed and beautifully maintained. All our neighbors say, Welcome to paradise, I think they’re right.

If you like extreme rules and regulations and selective enforcement of those rules, you will enjoy this place. It does have a nice location but the rules are only enforced if your on the dislike list. Managers, at this mobile home park, seem to be in over their head. My experience is based on living here from 2012 through July 2017. Other reviewers have not resided at Oxnard shores, they have only been at the public beach in front of Oxnard Shores.

No you have parking on your lot. Plus there is guest parking.
HOA is only 10$ a year. Space rent is variable from 700-1800 depending on the age of the home, lot size, etc. and is rent controlled.
Official policy is one dog. However two are allowed if one is a therapy dog. Size wise under 60 is good.
There is a rental property flyer available at realtors office by sea fresh restaurant in the harbor. It has everything available in the area.
Its two story, double wide w/small yard mobile home living.
I guess it depends on the size of the lot and the location in the moble home park but its a very nice place and very close to the 🌴 beach and its a very nice place to take a day trip
