I enjoyed living here. I had great neighbors, esp. Paul. Most of the time it was quiet. The rest was noise from outside the fence. The managers are congenial, helpful. There's a patio at the office, tables inside, outside. It's great to have what is there. There's a pool table, a library, a pool and spa. I liked that we could bring our pets and they could visit with their buddies and enjoy themselves. Great place for seniors to live. Near markets, restaurants, gas stations, the beach.

Yes, most of the time. Once in in awhile in the near by neighbor hoods people throw a party n play there music a little loud untill 10pm
No empty lots. As soon as an old mobile home is auction off it's replaced with a New one.
